How might we launch a business design agency with a strong, distinctive positioning — built on future-facing methods and human-centred value creation?
The goal was to establish a consulting startup that integrates strategic business design, service innovation, and design-driven branding into a seamless offering. I led the foundation of the agency, orchestrating the strategy, design, and go-to-market plan across all key areas.
As the co‑founder of Forelander, I designed and coordinated the whole business and brand experience from the ground up — from developing the business model to shaping digital touchpoints and internal tools. I created a value proposition centered on human‑centered work: quality research, Design Thinking workshops and training, creative ideation sessions, and collaborative co‑creation processes.
This work evolved—through iterative feedback loops across the design process—into its second phase: a rebrand into Digtale. While retaining Forelander’s human-centered, storyteller ethos, Digtale expanded its capabilities to offer end-to-end digital solutions. The agency transitioned from strategy- and workshop-led beginnings to delivering full-fledged digital products and immersive digital experiences.
